By placing an order or booking a consultation through our website, you agree to this Returns & Refund Policy.
1. Online Consultation Bookings
All online consultation bookings are final and non-refundable.
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the booking cannot be cancelled for a refund. This policy helps us reserve dedicated time for each client and manage appointment availability.
2. Appointment Rescheduling
While refunds are not available, we understand that unexpected situations may arise.
Customers may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests should be made as early as reasonably possible before the scheduled appointment.
- Rescheduling is subject to the astrologer’s availability.
- Kundali Batao reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests based on operational requirements.
- Repeated or last-minute rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.
3. Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation or fail to join at the agreed time without prior notice, the appointment will be considered completed.
No refund, credit, or replacement appointment will be provided for missed appointments.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including:
- Name
- Contact information
- Date of birth
- Time of birth
- Place of birth
Kundali Batao is not responsible for consultation issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer. Such bookings remain non-refundable.
5. Technical Issues
If a consultation cannot proceed due to a verified technical issue on the part of Kundali Batao, we may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled appointment.
Technical problems on the customer’s side, including internet connectivity, device issues, software problems, or power outages, do not qualify for a refund.
6. Physical Products
If Kundali Batao offers physical products such as gemstones, spiritual items, books, or other merchandise, please note:
- All physical product sales are final.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless required by applicable law.
- Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Digital Products
Any digital reports, downloadable documents, personalised astrology reports, or other digital content are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or made available.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will only be provided where required under applicable law. Except for such legal obligations, Kundali Batao does not offer refunds for consultations, digital products, or physical products.
